Health Information Systems

Better Information. Stronger Health Systems.

When health professionals have timely, reliable information, they can respond sooner, plan better, and reach the people who need them.

Solutions S.A. develops custom digital systems that help healthcare organizations monitor programs, manage essential information, and strengthen decision-making. Our experience includes working with Haiti’s Ministry of Public Health and supporting health initiatives across more than 70% of Haiti’s public hospitals connected.

Systems That Connect to What Is Already There

Health data in Haiti sits in many systems: facility registries, workforce records, surveillance reporting, laboratory results. The difficulty is rarely collecting it. It is moving it between systems that were never designed to speak to each other.

We build on the OpenHIE reference architecture, using OpenHIM, HL7 FHIR, ADX and DHIS2, so what we deliver connects to the national infrastructure rather than sitting beside it. We have designed national registries, the exchange layer that links them, and the surveillance platform that reports through it.

Strengthen the System Behind the Care

A health system is only as strong as the information governing it. We build the platforms that let ministries, programs, and facilities decide with evidence and account for results.

The Solutions team consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility throughout our long-standing collaboration. They successfully delivered our web portal, trained our staff, and continued to adapt the platform to our evolving needs while always meeting deadlines with excellence.
