Every experienced professional was once given a first opportunity to learn, contribute, and discover what they could do. Our internship programme gives emerging Haitian talent the chance to step beyond the classroom and gain practical experience inside the technology industry.
Interns work alongside experienced professionals and see how digital systems are built around real organizational challenges not exercises. For us, an internship is also an investment: in a stronger local talent pipeline, and in the next generation of people who will keep these systems running.

Held quarterly, this internal workshop and discussion series brings employees from across the organization together to share project updates, professional experiences, success stories, community initiatives, and best practices.
It is a space to learn from the work happening in other departments, recognize individual and collective contributions, welcome new team members, and exchange ideas that strengthen future projects.
